I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) and counselling intern, completing the practicum portion of my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. 


I strongly believe that human connection has healing properties. I utilize a holistic, client-centred approach and am committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic relationship so that you feel safe and respected as we explore your narrative.


As a former law enforcement officer, I am in a unique position to understand, and am very passionate about helping first responders from all branches who may be struggling with the stressors inherent within these professions, including PTSD, Operational Stress Injuries, moral injuries, and organizational stress. I strive to help my clients facing stressors and mental health illnesses such as, relationship difficulties, infidelity, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, etc. 


Together, we will explore your personal experiences and challenges to discover how they impact your wellbeing and your ability to live the life you want. In sessions, I utilize an attachment and trauma-informed lens while using treatments and interventions from various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy. I have also completed DBT training.
