I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and have completed a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

As a former law enforcement officer, I am in a unique position to understand first responders of all branches’ experiences, and I am very passionate about helping those who may be struggling with the stressors inherent within these professions, including PTSD, Operational Stress Injuries, moral injuries, and organizational stress. I strive to help and support my clients who may be facing stressors and mental health illnesses such as, relationship difficulties, infidelity, grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, PTSD & C-PSTD, etc.

Together, we will explore your personal experiences and challenges to discover how they impact your wellbeing, and I will strive to help you regain your strength and resilience so that you may live the life you want.

I strongly believe that human connection has healing properties.

I utilize a holistic, client-centered approach and am committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic relationship so that you feel safe and respected.

In sessions, I utilize an attachment and trauma-informed lens while using treatments and interventions from various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy. I have also completed training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I am bilingual (English/French).
