I strongly believe that human connection has healing properties. I utilize a holistic, client-centred approach and am committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic relationship so that you feel safe and respected as we explore your narrative.

As a former law enforcement officer, I am in a unique position to understand, and am very passionate about helping first responders from all branches who may be struggling with the stressors inherent within these professions, including PTSD, Operational Stress Injuries, moral injuries, and organizational stress.
