Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying)
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and have completed a master’s in counselling and Spirituality at Saint-Paul University. I work with individuals, couples, and families. In my work with families and couples I mainly use the EFT model, while also integrating material from the Gottman method and the psychobiological approach. In my practice with individuals, I use a person-centered approach and incorporate tools from other modalities. I adjust my interventions based on the client’s needs.
During my training program and my experience in private practice I have accompanied clients with various issues such as emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, life transitions, infidelity, emotional intimacy, grief, anger management, self-esteem, burnout, and relationship difficulties. My specialty is working with couples, anxiety, and relationship issues.
We will work collaboratively on your goals for your wellbeing and life balance. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and secure space where we will explore the challenges and experiences that had an impact on your wellbeing. With warmth, compassion, and empathy I will try to facilitate self-exploration process with the goal of increasing self-awareness and gaining meaningful insights.
I am bilingual (English/French).
